Tracy A. McGonigle

Attorney

Tracy has been practicing law for over 20 years in McHenry and Cook counties of Illinois.

Her areas of practice are Animal Law, which includes humane societies, welfare organizations, large animals and private pets. Tracy advises clients on 501 ©(3) matters. She practices administrative law, real estate law, land use and zoning.

Kelsey Bowen

Paralegal

Kelsey has 15 years of real estate expertise as a Paralegal, and she provides unparallelled client service for McKenna Law.

Kelsey assists clients and our professional partners by providing regular contact and updates. She manages the closing process every step of the way, coordinating with all parties–attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, and other service providers. She dockets and maintains the file calendar and keeps track of important deadlines. She produces conveyancing documents for each client sale file, and is an integral part in scheduling and preparing all meetings throughout the course of each transaction.

Kelsey graduated with honors from Elgin Community College, with an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal Degree.

A true native of McHenry County, Kelsey enjoys spending time within her community connecting with her family and friends.

Jill McKenna

ATG Member Closer

With over 20 years of real estate transaction experience, Jill provides McKenna Law with financial services in the accounts payable and receivable. As well as office management.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has also completed ALTA Land Title courses. And, at times provides interior design and staging serviced for may of our real estate professional partners.

Heidi Bradley has been a member closing agent for Advocus Title since 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate arena.

Having Heidi as McKenna Law’s dedicated member closer means a smoother closing process when it counts the most. – in the days leading up to the closing, when scheduling, and at the closing table. With Heidi involved, we are constantly creating seamless closing solutions for our clients.

Heidi has been a resident of McHenry County for over 20 years where she has raised her family and is a dedicated volunteer in the community. She provides service with integrity.

Sarah LaLond

Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Sarah creates a welcoming environment for our clients and transaction partners. She has been at McKenna Law since 2021 and completed her paralegal certificate that same year.

She responsible for ensuring compliance by our corporate clients with annual statutory requirements. As part of our real estate team, she coordinates with lenders, title companies and scheduling.
Sarah graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University and has her Paralegal certificate from McHenry County College. In her free time she enjoys may of the area’s forest preserves walking her dog.
